Cara
Membuat:
- Kupas dan potong dadu apel dan rendam dalam air selama 5 -10 menit, agar apel tidak menjadi kecoklatan.
- Kemudian masukkan apel kedalam panci berisi air, beserta gula kastor, bubuk kayu manis, kayu manis batangan,
- air lemon, parutan kulit lemon, dan masak hingga shimmer (bergelembung dibagian pinggir tapi tidak sampai mendidih).
- Sementara itu, pada mangkok ukuran besar, campur tepung terigu, gula kastor, kayu manis dan butter.
- Aduk dan remas campuran adonan dengan tangan, hingga semua bahan tercampur dan adonan berbentuk seperti remahan roti.
- Masukkan oat/muesli dan campur hingga merata.
- Saat apel sudah shimmer, tuang pada loyang panggang, lalu taburi dengan adonan crumble secara merata di atas apel.
- Panaskan oven pada suhu 180°C/350°F/Gas 4. Panggang selama 20 – 30 menit atau hingga bagian atas nampak sedikit keemasan.

Process:
- Peeling and cutting the apples and place them in some water to stop them from browning for about 5 - 10 mins.
- Now put them in the pan with caster sugar, water and cinnamon, simmer for full 7 mins.
- Meanwhile, add flour, caster sugar, oat/muesli and cinnamon in a bowl, rub it together into a fine bread crumbs.
- Once the apple simmered, pull them into the baking tray and spread the crumble evenly on top of the apples.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4. Pop in the oven for 20 - 30 mins or until lightly gold on top.
